At PunkWave 1993 Studio, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping methods for all our custom clothing orders. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner. While also keeping the costs affordable for our customers. We use secure packaging to protect your custom clothing during transit. So you can have peace of mind knowing that your order will arrive in perfect condition. However, should your order not arrive within 20 to 30 Days, have a production/ shipping error or no updates have been received please feel free to log a ticket or email us regarding the matter. We will try to resolve it as swiftly as possible to the best of our ability.

Return / Replace FAQ

Why do you not offer returns on defective or incorrect orders?

- It is unfortunately more expensive to retrieve items than it is to replace them.

What is the process for returns/ replacements?

-  Please contact us or email us @ infopw1993@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item,  proof of purchase.

​

- We will then investigate, should the case be approved. We will then replace the item.

​

- The replacement of an item will include shipping. We only replace like for like.

​

-  We then await confirmation you have received your item before closing the issue.

I ordered a specific size and it did not fit, why did my request not get approved?

- We had investigated the issue, we asked you to send confirmation of product size and       supplier confirmed the size was as ordered. Sizes are built to standard unless specified.

- Please, to prevent this make sure you review the product sizes charts and confirm your       required size before ordering. If you placed an order and made a mistake email us               immediately to resolve the issue.

What happens to the Artist's Commission should I request a replacement?

- The Artist will not earn commission off a replaced item as this does not count as a sale.

IMPORTANT: Why do you need proof and not offer a hassle-free replacement?

- Prevent any abuse of the replacement system.

-  We have to investigate and follow protocols.

​

-  This creates a paper trail to keep both parties involved accountable.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at PunkWave 1993 Studio. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your custom clothing purchase, we have a free replacement policy. We can also provide a refund should you wish, whatever you've encountered regarding any issues with the product. We will gladly assist in or regarding any process required, as we are aimed at making your experience with us as seamless as possible. We believe in building trust and confidence with our customers as respecting our Artists reputation, thus our shipping, return & exchange policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
